Joseph Ferrarella Citizenship Award

On June 21, 2006, Commander Vreeland attended the 8th grade breakfast for the graduating class of 2006, at Valley Middle  School, Oakland, NJ.
The presentation of the Joseph Ferrarella Citizenship Award was made to a student, selected by faculty members,for outstanding community service. This years recipient was Arianna Perone. A certificate is awarded from the post along with a $200.00 U.S. Savings Bond.
